We provide services to various construction and engineering firms, including the structuring of their local business relationship, and tendering for and administering government and private contracts. Our construction practice concentrates on advising international and Gulf States contractors, subcontractors and owners on all aspects of contraction contracts including licensing, bid problems, bid protests, contract drafting and interpretations, extra work requirements, change order problems, payment disputes, design deficiencies, delay claims, and performance problems. Our practice encompasses international and local contract law involving both private and government entities. In contesting and defending claims and contract issues, we represent clients before the various courts of jurisdiction in Saudi Arabia and in arbitration and other dispute resolution forums.
